(Yields: 12 servings)
2 cups Tamale dry mix
2 cups Water lukewarm
2 cups Oil olive or canola oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Masa Mix
step 1: Pour water into masa mix, add olive oil or canola oil and salt. Mix thoroughly for two to three minutes and let rest for 10 minutes. If mix is to dry add a little more water are little more oil. Divide masa mix in to small 3 ounce balls.
Corn Husks
step 2: Place corn husk in warm water for soaking a half an hour before making the mix. Then pull apart each corn husk.
