Masa Mix
step 1: Pour water into masa mix, add olive oil or canola oil and salt. Mix thoroughly for two to three minutes and let rest for 10 minutes. If mix is to dry add a little more water are little more oil. Divide masa mix in to small 3 ounce balls.
