Salsa
5 Medium Tomatoes Chopped
1 whole bush fresh Cilantro Chopped
1 stock fresh Green Onion Chopped
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
1 7oz. Can diced Green Chile
1 Lemon * Use only the juice of 1/2 the lemon
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve or store salsa in refrigerator for up to three days in a covered plastic or glass container. Enjoy!
